The Madison BMW Club does not solicit advertising as a profit-making venture, but rather to offset the cost of printing and mailing its monthly newsletter to the membership. All advertising appearing in The Mail Boxer must conform to the following standards.

1. Advertising must offer products or services that are directly or indirectly related to motorcycling.
2. Advertising must be submitted to the editor no later than the 15th of the month preceding month of insertion (i.e., January 15 is the deadline for the February issue).
3. All advertising must be delivered to the editor (or advertising manager) as either camera-ready artwork or by graphic file of acceptable format.
4. The editor and/or the club officers reserve the right to refuse publication of any advertising deemed inappropriate or unsatisfactory.
5. Positioning within the newsletter is at the discretion of the editor.
6. Madison BMW Club members may run classified ads for personal items at no charge for two consecutive months.

Ad Rates

Rate schedule, per issue, for commercial advertising is as follows:

• Business cards $10.00
• 1/6 page (1 col. x 4 in.) $20.00
• 1/4 page $25.00
• 1/2 page $50.00
• Full page $100.00

Packages

A) Business cards:
1. Commit to six ads; receive six for $50.00 (save $10).
2. Commit to 12 ads; receive 12 for $100.00 (save $20).

B) Minimum 1/6 OR 1/4 page ad:
Commit to running three ads and receive an additional ad of the same size at no charge (save 25%).

Payment & Delivery Options

All ads and ad packages must be paid for in advance, with checks made payable to "Madison BMW Club."
Camera-ready advertising copy should be sent on commercial grade paper to:
